What it’s for

Covers what a plant-based diet can lack. Vitamin B12 is found almost only in animal foods – your body needs it for blood and nerves. Algae oil gives EPA and DHA for the heart, brain and eyes, vitamin D helps take up calcium, plant protein adds protein.
